  • Ground Shipping is FREE for any order of $50 or more in the continental US. Please see our Shipping section for more specific information.

Do I have to register or create an account when I check out?

  • Nope! You have the option to create an account during the check out process, but only if you CHOOSE to do so. We do recommend you create an account as it is the only way you can view your purchase history and check the status of your order.

If for some reason I can't get through to customer service, may I call one of the stores for help?

What is your Return Policy?

  • Items may be returned to Aspen Ski and Board within 14 days of purchase unused.
  • You must obtain a RA (Return Authorization) from a customer service representative before sending an item back. Please call toll-free at 1-877-548-8007 to obtain an RA from us.
