Where Do We Ship?

  • Aspenskiandboard.com ships to all states in the continental United States.
  • For a small additional charge, we are happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact customer service toll-free at 1-877-861-0777 to get a per order quote.
  • Aspenskiandboard.com does not currently ship International.

How Much Does It Cost?

  • Aspenskiandboard.com offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING to any state in the continental U.S. on all orders of $50 or more.
  • For your convenience, we have a shipping estimate calculator directly in our cart so that you may see a shipping estimate BEFORE you check out.

  • Expedited shipping options are available during checkout on any item we carry! If you have questions regarding expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-861-0777. Any expedited shipping will not qualify for free shipping.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders placed on Monday – Thursday will generally ship within 24 hours of purchase. Late orders on Friday or our customers in the Pacific Region will not have their orders shipped until Monday.

Do you provide a tracking number for my purchase?

  • Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order and provide you a tracking number at that time within the confirmation e-mail.

I want to return an item I purchased. Do I have to pay shipping?

  • We are happy to extend free ground shipping on your orders of $50 or more but the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If Aspenskiandboard.com has erroneously sent you an item, or an item was damaged, you will NEVER pay shipping back to us. Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-877-861-0777 to receive a call tag that will be sent to you electronically so that you will not incur any shipping costs.

What is your Return Policy?

  • Items may be returned to Aspen Ski and Board within 14 days of purchase unused.
  • You must obtain a RA (Return Authorization) from a customer service representative before sending an item back. Please call toll-free at 1-877-861-0777 to obtain an RA from us.
