Returns:
Our return policy is 14 days after purchase, or after receiving the product when ordering online. We will issue a full refund as long as the product is still brand new, unused, and packaged the way it was sent to you. Special orders are not returnable.
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on items over $50 on the U.S. Mainland. **Oversized Ski and Snowboard Roller Bags are excluded from this policy, Free Shipping on larger roller bag purchases over $250 only** Most items ship within 2 days of being ordered. Weekend orders will ship on Monday. Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 days to arrive from the time we ship the item. Ask for pricing on express shipping. We aren't permitted to ship to foreign countries.

Here at Aspen Ski and Board, we like to accommodate you as much as we can from start to finish, which includes taking a wide variety of payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal.
Not only do we accept all of these on our website, but over the phone as well at 614-848-6600. That means you can still take advantage of our in-store prices (which are even lower due to brand restriction online) with same convenience as purchasing online.
