Our return policy is 14 days after purchase, or after receiving the product when ordering online. We will issue a full refund as long as the product is still brand new, unused, and packaged the way it was sent to you. Special orders are not returnable.

We offer free shipping on items over $50 on the U.S. Mainland. **Oversized Ski and Snowboard Roller Bags and Ski Poles that are not in a package are excluded from this policy, Free Shipping on larger roller bag purchases over $250 only** Most items ship within 2 days of being ordered. Weekend orders will ship on Monday. Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 days to arrive from the time we ship the item. Ask for pricing on express shipping.  We aren't permitted to ship to foreign countries.
