Returns:
Our return policy is 14 days after purchase, or after receiving the product when ordering online. We will issue a full refund as long as the product is still brand new, unused, and packaged the way it was sent to you. Special orders are not returnable.
How to Return an Online Order: The customer pays for return shipping back to the following address. Please ensure large items are packaged appropriately in a box when they are being shipped back to prevent damage. Damaged items due to being shipped without packaging may be subject to a 10% restock fee. No RMA number or return request is needed as long as the item is new and unused. Please include your packing slip in the box so we know who to issue the return to.

We offer free shipping on items over $50 on the U.S. Mainland. **Oversized Ski and Snowboard Roller Bags and Ski Poles that are not in a package are excluded from this policy, Free Shipping on larger roller bag purchases over $250 only** Most items ship within 2 days of being ordered. Weekend orders will ship on Monday. Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 days to arrive from the time we ship the item. Ask for pricing on express shipping. We aren't permitted to ship to foreign countries.
Please note, all the equipment we sell is new, however some skis and snowboards may not be wrapped in their original thin plastic if they are a display model on our floor. Either way, Skis and Snowboards will be shipped with the tip and tail bubble wrapped for protection.
