Returns
Our return policy is 14 days after purchase, or after receiving the product when ordering online. We will issue a full refund as long as the product is still brand new, unused, and packaged the way it was sent to you. We offer store credit for returns within 30 days. Special orders are not returnable. Skis with bindings that have been mounted are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, log into your account, go to your order, and click Request Return. Select the item(s) you want to return, choose a return reason, and submit. We will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps and any shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Packing Your Return
Please ensure all items are packaged appropriately in a box, especially larger gear like skis and snowboards. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Include your packing slip so we know who to issue the refund to.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on items over $50 to the U.S. Mainland. Oversized ski and snowboard roller bags and ski poles that are not in a package are excluded from this policy. Free shipping on larger roller bag purchases over $250 only. Most items ship within 2 business days. Weekend orders ship on Monday. Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 days from the time we ship.
All equipment we sell is new. Some skis and snowboards may not be wrapped in their original thin plastic if they are a display model, but all skis and snowboards are shipped with tip and tail bubble wrapped for protection.
We ship via USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally.
