Warranty Policy

If you purchased a product from us that has a manufacturer's defect, we can submit a warranty claim to the brand on your behalf. Please note that warranty approvals and denials are decided by the brand, not by Aspen Ski and Board. Many brands also let you file directly with them, which is often the faster route.

How to start a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos of the defect. Email aspenskiandboard@gmail.com or call (614) 848-6600, and we will open a claim with the brand for you.

If your claim is approved

Some brands offer a repair, such as fixing a broken zipper on a jacket. When an item cannot be repaired, the brand will either send a replacement or, if it is out of stock, issue credit. In that case you would have store credit with us for the amount you paid, to use on anything you choose. Whether the outcome is a repair, replacement, or credit is at the brand's discretion.
