Description

Come to Aspen Ski and Board to check out the New Marker Phoenix 2 Mips Helmet 2024. Based on the award-winning Phoenix MAP, the Phoenix 2 Mips is a long-awaited upgrade. With extra direct-impact protection in the form of MARKER's adaptive polymer (MAP) plus rotational impact protection from Mips, this helmet goes the extra mile to deliver optimized protection on all slopes. Featuring the new ultra-versatile SoGnar earpads allowing for many different configurations depending on climate/temperature, style preference, head shape, and goggle/sunglass preference. Each configuration supporting high-quality hearing ability and a luxurious experience. Sonnar earpads can be removed entirely if not needed. The 360° RTS FIT SYSTEM will keep the head centered in the helmet providing optimal fit for optimized protection. Goggle fogging and overheating won't be an issue with the MarkAIR channel ventilation, both ensuring goggle ventilation for optimal climate control and anti-fogging (can be regulated with the 2 position climate control system). Cold day and thick gloves? No problem with the FIDLOCK OG SNAP buckle, a staple of MARKER helmets since its inception, there is no need to take off any gloves to adjust or remove the helmet. The new and improved goggle clip will not hinder or create any bulk, no matter what specs you decide on. 360° helmet edge protection not only ensures a high-end look but also protects the inner working of the helmet from violent aging. Finally, this helmet comes with 2 interchangeable and washable liners - a highly sweat-absorbent Xdry liner as well as its cozier, softer fleece variant. Very simple to switch, perfect for any condition.

Helmet Safety & Sizing

How to Measure Your Head

Using a soft tape measure, wrap it around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows. That measurement in centimeters is your helmet size. Most helmets run in S/M/L/XL with size ranges printed on the box. If you're between sizes, size up and use the fit dial to snug it down.

MIPS Technology

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) is a low-friction layer inside the helmet that allows the helmet to rotate slightly on impact, reducing rotational forces on the brain. We recommend MIPS for most skiers and snowboarders - it's especially valuable for kids and those who take big falls.

Helmet Compatibility with Goggles

Our staff can help you find a helmet and goggle combination that fits perfectly. Shop goggles.

Shipping & Returns

Free ground shipping on most orders over $50. 14-day return policy on unused helmets in original packaging. Helmets that have been in an impact cannot be returned. Full policy.
