Description

The Atomic Remedy 90 LC Adult Ski Boots bring freeski DNA to an all-mountain boot built for skiers who want ShockStopper technology and a durable, energetic platform for charging varied terrain. The Remedy line traces its lineage back to race, tuned specifically for freeskiers who value shock absorption and power without sacrificing all-day wearability. The LC designation signals the Low Cuff design for improved walkability.

Key Features

  • ShockStopper Technology in both shell and boot board absorbs terrain vibration and impact, particularly valuable for skiers who spend time in terrain parks, crud, and chopped-up off-piste snow.
  • 96mm narrow last with low volume delivers a precise, performance-oriented fit for skiers who need a responsive interface between foot and ski.
  • Low Cuff design improves mobility and walkability compared to standard-cuff boots, a quality-of-life improvement for skiers who spend time on flat terrain between runs.
  • Competition Gold Low Liner is heat moldable with a ShockStopper Spoiler that works with the shell's suspension system for a complete shock-absorbing fit package.
  • Memory Fit allows the shell to be heat-expanded in our boot oven to match your individual foot anatomy, done in-store by our bootfitters.

Boot Fitting & Sizing

Free Professional Boot Fitting

Every ski boot purchase at Aspen Ski and Board includes a professional boot fitting by our expert staff. We'll assess your foot shape, skiing ability, and performance goals to find the right boot, then heat mold the liner for a custom fit. No appointment needed.

How to Find Your Size

Ski boot sizes are measured in Mondo Point (MP), which is your foot length in centimeters. A 27.5 mondo boot fits a roughly size 9.5 US men's foot, but fit varies significantly by brand and last width. Always try boots on if possible - or call us at (614) 848-6600 and we'll help you narrow it down. Learn more about boot fitting.

Flex Ratings Explained

Boot flex ratings run from about 60 (soft/beginner) to 130+ (stiff/expert). A softer flex is more forgiving and comfortable for beginners; a stiffer flex gives advanced skiers more power and response. Call us for a recommendation based on your level.

Why ski boots do not fit like your normal shoes

Snug is correct. Toes should brush the front when you stand tall and pull back when you flex into a ski stance. Room to wiggle means the boot is too big.

Most people size down. Street shoes are usually bought a half to a full size long. That extra length lets your foot slide, which costs control and causes shin bang and blisters.

Liners pack out. A new liner gains about a half size of room over the first few days of skiing, so a boot that feels perfect on day one goes loose by mid-season.

Measure instead of guessing. In a ski sock, heel against a wall, measure to your longest toe in centimeters. That number is your true Mondo size. Use the longer foot.

Snowboard boots are different. They run much closer to your street shoe size, though the snug rule still applies.

Boot fitting, shell work, and molding are free when you buy your boots with us in store. Come in to get fitted, or call us at (614) 848-6600 to buy.
