The 2027 Burton Blossom Camber with Step On Cartel X bindings is an all mountain setup for riders who want carving precision without giving up float on softer days. Burton built the Blossom on a directional shape with a slightly longer nose, which concentrates pop in the tail while keeping the front end riding on top of soft snow.

The Cartel X Step On is the stiff end of Burton's step-in family, which matches how much drive the Blossom's camber puts underfoot. You get the response the board asks for and you get into it without buckling straps.

How it rides

• Directional shape with a longer nose, meaning the tip is extended past the tail, so pop stays in the back foot and the nose floats in soft snow
• Traditional camber bend, the classic arched profile that presses the edges into the snow, delivering powerful turns and snappy response tip to tail
• Twin flex pattern, the board bends the same amount front and back, so it still rides balanced switch
• Super Fly II 700G core, a wood core using stronger and lighter wood for pop and strength at reduced weight
• Channel mounting, Burton's slot track system that works with all major bindings

The binding pairing

• Step On boot to binding system, three connection points at two toe and one heel, locking the boot in with no straps to buckle
• Stiff chassis tuning, a firmer baseplate and highback that transfers edge input quickly for advanced all mountain riding
• Re:Flex mounting, which lets the board flex naturally underfoot instead of stiffening under the binding
• FLAD system, a tool free adjuster for forward lean angle so you can dial the highback to your stance

Step On bindings require Step On compatible boots, sold separately. Burton, Nitro, and DC all make them, so you still have boot fit choice across brands.

Why We Need Your Boot Size:

Snowboard bindings are sized by boot size, but every brand has a different size range. We verify your boot size against the binding included in your package before we ship to make sure it fits. If there's a mismatch we'll contact you before processing.

Online Orders Ship Unmounted:

For online orders we ship the board and bindings together in the box. Bindings are not pre-mounted. Most riders mount them at home with a #3 Phillips screwdriver in about 10 minutes, or take them to any local shop. If you're picking up in store we'll mount them for free.

Call (614) 848-6600 if you'd like a different binding than what's in this package. We can swap it for any binding of your choosing and you'd just pay the difference if there is one. We take these orders over the phone since we don't edit packages on the website.
