The 2027 Capita Aeronaut with Union Force Team bindings is a resort charger built for riders who hunt side hits. Capita designed the Aeronaut with Arthur Longo around traditional camber under a directional shape, which is what gives it the snap to launch off every roller and the edge hold to land switch through chopped up snow.

The Force Team is the upgraded version of Union's bestselling binding, and it suits a board that wants to be ridden fast. A team style highback stiffens up the heelside response, which is what you want when you are landing off a natural feature at speed rather than easing into a turn.

How it rides

• Traditional camber under a directional shape, meaning the board arches up between your feet and rides nose first, giving explosive pop on takeoffs and dependable edge hold at speed
• Panda Hover Core with CarbonFlax Amplifiers, a wood core with carbon and flax strips added, which keeps the board extremely light without making it fragile
• HyperDrive ADV XT sintered base, one of the toughest base materials Capita uses, which holds wax and resists damage from rocks
• Directional flex profile, stiffer toward the tail, rewarding speed and aggressive riding while staying playful enough for side hit experimenting
• Designed with Arthur Longo for riders who look for transfers and natural features across the whole mountain

Why We Need Your Boot Size:

Snowboard bindings are sized by boot size, but every brand has a different size range. We verify your boot size against the binding included in your package before we ship to make sure it fits. If there's a mismatch we'll contact you before processing.

Online Orders Ship Unmounted:

For online orders we ship the board and bindings together in the box. Bindings are not pre-mounted. Most riders mount them at home with a #3 Phillips screwdriver in about 10 minutes, or take them to any local shop. If you're picking up in store we'll mount them for free.

Want a Different Binding?

Call (614) 848-6600 if you'd like a different binding than what's in this package. We can swap it for any binding of your choosing and you'd just pay the difference if there is one. We take these orders over the phone since we don't edit packages on the website.
