Rome Rene Mens Snowboard 2027 with Katana AW Fase Bindings Snowboard Package

The 2027 Rome Rene with Katana AW FASE bindings is a one board quiver setup. The Rene uses a tapered directional shape, meaning the tail is narrower than the nose, which sinks the back of the board in soft snow while the board still tracks cleanly when you take it back to the groomers.

The Katana AW FASE is Rome's flagship binding with the fast entry system added. The AsymWrap chassis gives you real response for a board this capable, and stepping in beats sitting down at the top of every run.

How it rides

• Tapered directional shape, a narrower tail than nose, which sinks the tail in soft snow and tracks confidently on groomers
• Hybrid camber profile, mixing camber and rocker in one board, balancing strong edge hold with forgiving turn initiation
• Medium stiff flex pattern, rewarding confident, advancing riders
• Premium core with carbon reinforcements, which reduces chatter at speed
• Three lengths including a wide option, fitting a range of rider weights and boot sizes

The binding pairing

• AsymWrap chassis, a baseplate shaped differently on each side, which provides strong response with enhanced board feel
• FASE fast entry system, where the highback drops back so you can step in, working with any standard snowboard boot
• PivotMount Max, an adjustable strap mounting system that lets you fine tune strap placement for a customized fit
• Durable highback design, balancing control against flexibility on the mountain

Note that FASE is not fully hands free. The highback closes for you, but you still bend down once to tighten the ankle strap.

Why We Need Your Boot Size:

Snowboard bindings are sized by boot size, but every brand has a different size range. We verify your boot size against the binding included in your package before we ship to make sure it fits. If there's a mismatch we'll contact you before processing.

Online Orders Ship Unmounted:

For online orders we ship the board and bindings together in the box. Bindings are not pre-mounted. Most riders mount them at home with a #3 Phillips screwdriver in about 10 minutes, or take them to any local shop. If you're picking up in store we'll mount them for free.

Call (614) 848-6600 if you'd like a different binding than what's in this package. We can swap it for any binding of your choosing and you'd just pay the difference if there is one. We take these orders over the phone since we don't edit packages on the website.
