Description
Description
The Salomon Highpath is an adult snowboard built for riders who want to take their riding off the beaten path. Tapered Directional shape with Rock Out Camber gives it a confident, directional feel in variable terrain, and the Quadratic sidecut smooths out every turn so you can focus on the line in front of you rather than managing the board.
Key Features
- Rock Out Camber delivers flat stability between the bindings, camber-driven response near the feet, and rocker on tip and tail for float and versatility in softer snow
- Tapered Directional shape promotes natural float through the nose in powder while the narrower tail provides a clean, snappy feel coming out of turns
- Quadratic sidecut blends elliptic curves for easy turn initiation, smooth direction changes, and fluid edge-to-edge movement
- All Mountain Edge Bevel comes from the factory set with a 1.5 degree base and 1.5 degree side edge bevel for consistent edge hold across varying terrain
- Sintered base provides fast glide speed with strong wax retention to keep performance consistent no matter what conditions you ride in
The Salomon Highpath adult snowboard is available at Aspen Ski and Board on Polaris Parkway in Northern Columbus, 2 miles west of Polaris Mall.
Snowboard Sizing Guide
Snowboard Sizing Guide
How to Choose a Snowboard Length
A general starting point: stand a board on its tail and it should reach somewhere between your chin and nose. Longer boards are more stable at speed; shorter boards are easier to turn and better for park. Your weight matters more than your height - heavier riders should size up. Call us at (614) 848-6600 and our snowboard staff will help you narrow it down.
Board Shape Explained
All-mountain boards handle groomed runs and some powder. True twin boards are ideal for park and riding switch. Directional boards have a stiffer tail and softer nose for powder and freeride. Ask us which shape fits your style.
