Description

The Salomon Huck Knife Grom is built for kids who are ready to start lapping the whole mountain. It carries the same Quad Camber profile and Equalizer RAD sidecut as the full-size Huck Knife, scaled into a True Twin shape sized right for younger riders who are progressing into terrain parks, side hits, and riding switch.

Key Features

  • True Twin shape with Quad Camber provides aggressive camber load outside the feet for snap and response, with a mellower, more forgiving feel between the bindings
  • Equalizer RAD sidecut blends straight and radial lines for a ride that is nimble without being twitchy, easy to initiate turns and fun to play with
  • Available from 125cm to 145cm with a Wide option to fit growing feet without sizing up to a longer board
  • Bite Free edge finishing from the factory keeps the ride forgiving and catch-free while kids build confidence on features and side hits
  • True Twin shape makes it natural to start learning switch riding and basic park tricks early in a rider's development

Kids grow out of boards fast, Aspen Ski and Board has a Junior Trade-In Program to help you stay ahead of it. Find the Huck Knife Grom at our shop on Polaris Parkway in Northern Columbus.

Snowboard Sizing Guide

How to Choose a Snowboard Length

A general starting point: stand a board on its tail and it should reach somewhere between your chin and nose. Longer boards are more stable at speed; shorter boards are easier to turn and better for park. Your weight matters more than your height - heavier riders should size up. Call us at (614) 848-6600 and our snowboard staff will help you narrow it down.

Board Shape Explained

All-mountain boards handle groomed runs and some powder. True twin boards are ideal for park and riding switch. Directional boards have a stiffer tail and softer nose for powder and freeride. Ask us which shape fits your style.
