Description
The Salomon Sight is a mens snowboard made for riders who want to cover real mountain terrain confidently. Cross Profile Camber gives it a balance of control and float that works well in mixed conditions, and the Tapered Directional shape with a Quadratic sidecut makes it feel smooth and deliberate whether you are railing a groomer or picking your way through variable off-piste snow.
Key Features
- Cross Profile Camber delivers camber between the feet for control, pop, and landing stability alongside rocker on the tip and tail for effortless float and switch capability
- Tapered Directional shape with a wider nose promotes natural float in softer snow while the narrower tail keeps the board responsive and snappy on firmer terrain
- Quadratic sidecut blends elliptic curves for smooth turn initiation, easy direction changes, and fluid transitions from edge to edge
- All Mountain Edge Bevel is set at the factory with a 1.5 degree base and side edge bevel for superior edge hold across all mountain conditions
- Sintered base stays fast and holds wax well throughout a full season of riding in all conditions
The Salomon Sight mens snowboard is available at Aspen Ski and Board on Polaris Parkway in Northern Columbus. Our team of passionate snowboarders is ready to help you find the right setup.
Snowboard Sizing Guide
Snowboard Sizing Guide
How to Choose a Snowboard Length
A general starting point: stand a board on its tail and it should reach somewhere between your chin and nose. Longer boards are more stable at speed; shorter boards are easier to turn and better for park. Your weight matters more than your height - heavier riders should size up. Call us at (614) 848-6600 and our snowboard staff will help you narrow it down.
Board Shape Explained
All-mountain boards handle groomed runs and some powder. True twin boards are ideal for park and riding switch. Directional boards have a stiffer tail and softer nose for powder and freeride. Ask us which shape fits your style.
